• Usage and device information such as browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location, crash reports, and interaction data.
• Subscription and transaction information supplied through our third-party billing processors.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate, improve, and protect Preachup, including to authenticate users, sync your content across devices, support collaboration, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and understand how the product is being used.

We may also use information to troubleshoot service issues, prevent abuse, send important account or product notices, and improve features that help ministry teams research, prepare, and manage content more effectively.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run Preachup, comply with the law, protect users and the service, or complete a business transfer such as a merger, financing, or acquisition.

• With service providers that help us host the product, process payments, analyze performance, provide customer support, and secure the service.
• With the workspace members or organization administrators you intentionally collaborate with through your account.
• When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request.
