Using Preachup

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Preachup, including the you_bible application, websites, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You may use Preachup only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. If you are using the service on behalf of a church, ministry, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Preachup, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or probe the security of the service except as permitted by law.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful automated traffic.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the sermons, notes, files, prompts, and other content you submit to Preachup. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary for any content you upload, share, or publish through the service.

Our Intellectual Property

Preachup, including its software, branding, design, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Preachup may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes, and you authorize our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Subscription terms, renewal timing, and cancellation details may be presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.

Termination

You may stop using Preachup at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.

Disclaimers

Preachup is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.

Content, recommendations, and generated outputs made available through the service are provided for informational and workflow support purposes only. You remain responsible for reviewing ministry content before relying on or sharing it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Preachup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify Preachup and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page.

Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means the updated Terms will apply going forward.
